The Nit Witch Guarantee

During my visit, I’ll make sure all unwanted head guests are completely removed from each person I’m treating and offer advice on self-care and how to minimize the chances of nits and lice coming back. Unfortunately, though, lice are tenacious creatures and it’s very possible that there’ll be some reinfestation at a later date - no treatment can guarantee against this. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds on my services.

Don’t worry, though - as long as you follow a few simple guidelines to give yourself and your family the best chance of staying lice-free, I’m happy to offer The Nit Witch 14-day Guarantee with all my services.

 

Here’s what you need to do...

• Make sure everyone in the household has a check! When I visit you for your treatment, make sure everyone who lives with the person being treated is home so I can check them too. Head lice love nothing more than to travel from head to head, so it’s very important that all members of the household are checked and treated if they need it.

• Keep up with your follow-up head checks! A second follow-up treatment using The Nit Witch enzyme removal spray within three days of the initial removal service must be performed. I can return to do this, or you can take care of it yourself. You'll need to do one more comb through within three days of the second treatment.

• Schedule another visit from The Nit Witch! I'll need to return one week after the initial treatment.

• Use your Nit Witch products regularly! A Nit Witch lice comb is absolutely essential to have in your home! You must use this on the treated head at least once a week. You'll also need to keep applying prevent spray.

 

If you’ve followed these steps and find yourself with a reinfestation within 14 days of my final visit, I’ll come back and perform a post-treatment removal at no extra charge.
